| My starting weight 313 Current Weight 249 Immediate goal 239 lifetime goal 200 In April of 2005 I started Weight Watchers. They give you the knowledge, and if you take the action, it works. A typical food day for me is breakfast 1 Thomas English Muffin Light 8gms fiber 1 fruit 1 Plain Lowfat Yogurt Coffee half caf with equal lunch 1 6" Turkey Subway (no cheese) on Whole Wheat lots of veggies honey mustard Diet drink without caffeine Dinner Piece of broiled fish 2 vegetables (green or yellow) fruit yogurt sweeten with equal I will get some before and after pictures here soon as this is a work in progress. |
